At Live Active we offer several different session packages, all tailored to you:

  • Get up and move package: 2 times a week
  • Motivation and Persistence package: 3 times a week
  • Accelerated results package : up to 4 and 5 times a week -guaranteed to give you results in 4 weeks.

All of our package sessions are 30 minutes long and include as little or as much cardio you want whether before, after, or both.
